COME OUT BABY!!

So much for thinking he would be here early! At 40 weeks and 4 days, theres no sign of him coming anytime soon on his own. On tuesday Feb 1st at 6 am is when they want me in to be induced, at least start the process. The problem is that they are really busy and we have to call at 5 to make sure they even have room. If they dont, we just keep calling back until they do. I guess he is going to be a February baby, unless he decides its time within the next 2 days ( not likely).

Almost there

I keep telling him he can come anytime he wants now....but hes not listening. For the past 2 weeks ive been having alot of pelvic pain. They dont seem to think its anything to be concerned about though. Last weeks appt they said I was 1 to 2 cm dilated. That doesnt mean much because im still not having any contractions. I have a NST (http://www.americanpregnancy.org/prenataltesting/non-stresstest.html) appt set up for tuesday as well as a regular OB checkup. At that time they will set up an induction date for the following week just to have it set up in case he doesnt come by then. So for now im just gonna go for as many walks as I can to hopefully get the action started! Im pretty tired and sore so lets hope he decides its time to come out very soon!!!

39 weeks

36 weeks

This is a little late considering im almost 37 weeks, but thats okay! I am officially 9 months pregnant!! Oh gosh that is so crazy. I dont even remember what I used to look like or feel like before all of this. The belly shots I took when we found out are on a computer that is broken right now, so I hope to get them off of there soon!! This past weeks appointment went well the only thing was he said I was low on iron so they gave me a prescription for an iron supplement. I can feel how big he is getting and its starting to get painful! My back hurts alll the time. The doctor said the hospital doesnt let you go past 41 weeks so I guess its safe to say he should be here no later than Feb 1st! Although I realllllllyyyyy hope its sooner than that!!!

35 weeks

Even though theres less than 5 weeks until his due date, time has decided to slowwww down. I miss when it was going at the speed of light!! Were ready to meet him! The weekly doctors apptointments have begun. Today I had the strep B test done so I guess I should find out the results of that at next weeks appt.

Heres the 35 week pic. Next christmas will be really exciting! Especially since he'll be almost a year old and will be able to enjoy it more than being even a few months younger :)

And this little presh is my most fav thing weve gotten for him. This swing looks and feels so super dooper comfy. I cant wait until we get to put him in it!! My fav part is the little birds on the mobile ( I have a slight obsession with cute retroish birds).

33 and 34 weeks

So im thinking he may be dropping already. Im feeling more pressure down there and to me my belly looks to be lower...what do ya think? I tried to get the pics side by side, but that just didnt work.

Anyway, I think we have pretty much the nessecities for his arrivial. Theres still a few other things I want but im just going to wait a bit on that. I had my 34 week appt on thursday and everything was fine. The doc said hes about 5.5 lbs. But thats obviously just a guess since im not getting any more ultrasounds. This coming thursday I go in for my strep B test and I think that will start the weekly appointments. Its really getting close, I cant believe it! No other news to report. If he gets any lower i'll take another pic and post it!

Early Christmas

So this week has felt like christmas because we had a few things come in the mail for the babe. First off, I ordered the Pack n Play and monitors on cyber monday because they were on sale. The pack n play came really quick but the monitors have yet to come....




And Andrea(Thanks!!) got us the bouncer and an exersaucer!! I know he wont be able to use the exersaucer until at least 3 or 4 months, but I put it together anyway to make sure all the pieces were there and everything fit together good :)







We also got our first "big" christmas tree this year. I dont know if any of you have seen the previous 3 years table top christmas tree with Steeze in front...but he sure does look different in front of this one!!!
