31m31d Week 4
Annnnnd done. I dont plan on running tommorow, so heres my final total! I didnt even get close to getting up to 5 miles. Oh well, ill just try for the end of November :)

31m31d week 3
This week...not so great. After my run monday my neck started hurting. The following 3 days was HORRIBLE. I must have pulled a muscle or something. I could barely turn it without excruciating pain. Luckily its starting to feel a little better now and I was able to go out for a 2 miler yesterday. I guess its a good thing I got a bunch of miles out of the way early! This weeks total was 7.81, which brings me up to 27.92. Im pretty happy about that. Im really thinking im not gonna make my personal goal though. Im finding it hard to get past the 3 miles. It may just be a mind thing though. The girls ive been running with can run ALOT more than me too. So, thats kind of intimidating!

August Video
Its not much but I finally got August video clips together. All september really is, is video from yosemite, mostly of scenery and such. I will try to video more this month! :)
On the Move
It didnt take long for him to catch on to the whole walking thing. Sometimes, if he goes slow enough, he can walk clear across the room! Most of the time he trys to run and can only get a few steps in before he face plants.
Sorry for the lack of pictures and videos lately. Im going to try to get back on top of that! Hes got his 9 month check up on Nov 3rd too, so soon we'll have some updates on his stats!

31m31d Week 2
Week 2 was better. I ran 11.75 miles this week bringing my total up to 20.11! My feet are starting to hurt though because my running shoes are past thier prime. I actually found out that theres a mini running club on base so thursday and friday night I ran with another girl. It was nice having someone to run with again (besides Lucas ;) haha). At the beginning of the week I was doubting my self about my personal goal of wanting to run 5 miles without stopping, but im starting to feel more optimistic again. All I can do is try my best!

31 miles in 31 days
Blogger Sarah is doing an october running challenge which I am participating in! The challenge is to run 31 miles in 31 days. I think this is awsome. Its such great motivation for me to run more than I already do. Since Oct 1st ive run 8.36 miles. I would have liked it to be more but thats okay theres still plenty of time left. My personal goal by the end of the month is to run 5 miles in one session( without stopping). The most ive ever done at once was 3.5m. Im using a cool website called map my run to map out jogging routes and keeping track of my progress. I will post a weekly update letting you all know how im doing :) Ill also post a screen shot of my progress!

8 Months
During his 8th month..
- He started sleeping in his crib!
- We had a no feeding at night relapse, but now we are back on track and its working rather well. Hes only getting up once, maybe twice a night, and usually can put himself back to sleep!
- He got his 2 upper front teeth
- Took his first steps. When he trys to walk now, its more like trying to run. His feet cant keep up with his body!
Its getting kind of hard to get him to stay still for pictures these days ;)
